What is the difference between self-confidence, confidence, and self-esteem?
In my opinion, confidence can come from doing something over and over again, such as in your job. Self-esteem, as I have mentioned in my previous post, is commonly defined as how a person views their own value.
What is self-confidence then? In my view, self-confidence arises from being able to transfer the confidence you have from one context to another even if you have no experience in that context. A significant part of this ability can be having good self-esteem. Imagine a world where more people were more self-confident and had good self-esteem.
