Life Continues – We are not important

One thing I learned last year is that I am not important.

Let me give you some context. In October, I went on national radio and TV in Sweden for the first time. After my first interview, I stepped outside, but nothing had changed. No one stopped me on the streets. Truck drivers kept driving trucks. People going for lunch were still going for lunch. Buses came and went, just like any other day.

That moment made me realise how much unnecessary fear and resistance there is when it comes to doing meaningful creative work.

Next time you doubt yourself, think everyone is looking at you, or care too much about every word you say when speaking in front of others. Remember, they are not. They are focused on their own life.

Just go for it.
