Gustaf Winberg was born in Stockholm in 1992 but grew up largely in London. He studied business administration and philosophy in Boston and has worked in technology, executive recruitment and other service industries, including in Berlin. He is also a lecturer and mentor. Always looking up is his first book.
Everyone can learn to strengthen their self-esteem and feel comfortable in their own body. The journey there can be long and it is not always easy to find the right path. In this book, Gustaf Winberg writes about how he has navigated various challenges, both self-chosen and those beyond his control. Among the latter is certainly his height – the fact that Gustaf is 132 centimetres tall and, quite literally, always has to “look up.”
In the book, Gustaf shares his journey from his teenage years, when he struggled with low self-esteem, to who he is today. Through his story, he aims to inspire others to embrace life’s challenges, share knowledge on how to cultivate inner strength and encourage us to reflect for ourselves.
