This past weekend I was in Essen, Germany for a Strategy Meeting with District 95 Toastmasters. District 95 consists of all the clubs and members in Denmark, Germany, Norway and Sweden. Toastmasters is a volunteer organisation where members develop their communication, public speaking and leadership skills, ultimately building greater self-confidence.
