Last Friday, I gave a talk for Skånes Swimming Federation in Hässleholm, where I shared insights from my book journey about self-esteem, stepping outside your comfort zone and daring to show yourself. There were around 70 people in the audience from different swimming clubs in Skåne and Blekinge. I noticed that it is much easier to use a headset microphone compared to a handheld one!
