A week ago, I was on TV4 Nyhetsmorgon, where I was interviewed about my first book Always Looking Up – Om att våga visa sig själv. It was my first time on TV. I felt an army of butterflies in my stomach!
Many people have sent me positive messages, which means a lot. The amazing team at TV4 made me feel comfortable and focused on the questions.
When it was time to go live, I dared to let go of control and trust myself to respond quickly to all the questions. I dared to show myself in front of more than 300,000 people in Sweden. Courage is very important to me when it comes to improving self-esteem. When we decide to face big challenges, it gives us strength we did not know we had. I hope you also dare to show yourself!
