The past two days I was in Hamburg, Germany for a District Officer Training. @toastmastersinternational is a volunteer organisation where people practise public speaking, communication and leadership skills in a supportive and positive environment.
One key takeaway and reminder for me is how important it is to feel connected to other people, to what we do and to something bigger than ourselves.
