Self-esteem is a muscle – three tips from my interview in P4 Kristianstad

Thank you P4 Kristianstad for having me as a guest! I shared what it has been like since the book launch, talked about the book and finished by giving three tips to people who struggle with their self-esteem.

My tips were:

Do not compare yourself to others and be patient because change takes time. Self-esteem is like a muscle and you need to work on it continuously.

Be open and honest about how you feel. It has helped me deal with shame. In my view, a big part of shame is keeping it to yourself.

Dare to step outside your comfort zone and challenge yourself.
